1. Authorization is mandatory
You may scan, analyze, connect, or test only code, accounts, applications, networks, endpoints, and other assets that you own or are expressly authorized to assess. Authorization must cover the testing method, target, time period, and expected traffic.
2. Prohibited activity
You must not use RelixQ to:
- access or test a third party's systems without authorization;
- deploy malware, ransomware, destructive payloads, cryptominers, or persistence mechanisms;
- steal, solicit, validate, or expose credentials, tokens, personal data, or secrets without authorization;
- cause denial of service, uncontrolled traffic, data corruption, or operational disruption;
- circumvent authentication, rate limits, tenancy boundaries, licensing, or security controls;
- harass, stalk, discriminate against, deceive, or unlawfully monitor another person;
- upload content that infringes intellectual-property, privacy, confidentiality, or other rights;
- use findings or scores to make unlawful automated decisions about individuals;
- resell or benchmark the Service publicly without written permission; or
- use the Service in violation of sanctions, export controls, or other applicable law.
3. Active testing safeguards
Active probes and penetration-testing features require a separate Rules of Engagement record. You must keep target ownership evidence current, follow configured rate and scope limits, maintain an emergency contact, and stop testing when authorization is withdrawn or unexpected impact appears.
4. Platform integrity
Do not interfere with the Service, probe other tenants, reverse engineer hosted controls except where law expressly permits, scrape at abusive rates, or use multiple accounts to avoid limits. API clients must use documented authentication and respect published quotas.
5. Enforcement and reporting
RelixQ may investigate suspected violations, preserve relevant evidence, restrict risky functionality, suspend access, or terminate accounts when reasonably necessary. Where safe and lawful, RelixQ will notify the affected customer and provide an opportunity to respond.
Report suspected abuse to abuse@relixq.com and security vulnerabilities to security@relixq.com.
